Silica Sand

Made up of two main elements which are silica and oxygen(silicon dioxide (SiO2), silica sand is also known as quartz sand, white sand or industrial sand. It is mainly used in structural component of construction products in order to improve durability and structural integrity.

Considered as one of the most common varieties of sand found in the world, the usual usage of silica sand includes :

  • glass making in automotive and building use
  • bunkers and greens on synthetic sport fields
  • water filtration and production

We have submitted the sample of our silica sand for laboratory test and the results established stated that it contains at least 99% SiO2 and less than 0.1% iron oxide.
